Accurate item-timing is one of the essential skills needed for duel-success in Quake.

The Quake Timing Trainer allows you to time up to four items and gives you feedback on your timing-precision. It “simulates” a Quake-match by spawning and picking up items randomly. You have to time these items by determining there re-spawn-moment.

I strongly believe that this app can improve the reliability of your timing and the amount of items you usually time. It allows you to focus on item-timing only, which will, in the long run, make it easier for you to keep the control in the arena. Give it a shot.
